Hello and Welcome!

I’m Claudia, a Nutritional Therapist, certified Fast Like a Girl Coach, and a food lover.

I started my career helping clients achieve their health goals through detox and weight loss programs. Along the way, I was struck by how differently men’s and women’s bodies respond to nutritional therapy, detoxing, and weight loss plans. This realization sparked my deep interest in the unique challenges women face at every stage of life—and how often we’re misunderstood or underserved in our health journeys.

That’s why I’ve decided to dive deep into Dr. Mindy Pelz’s groundbreaking work and build on my extensive nutritional knowledge and life experience to focus exclusively on intermittent fasting and hormone feasting for women. This approach isn’t just about weight loss—it’s about helping you feel your best, optimise your metabolism, heal from the inside out and thrive at every stage of life.
